Please allow 1-3 days for order processing.

     We aim to despatch all orders within 3-4 working days.

If there is a problem with your order we will contact you via email, so please ensure your email address is correct and 'live'. Please also check for email confirmation of your order, including your junk mail if you have'nt yet added us to your list of safe senders!!!

  Certain countries may charge additional import duties on goods, for which we cannot be held responsible... Check if you are not sure about your particular country's import tarriffs.


Returns/Exchanges

Please keep hold of your original order receipt!! If you are unsatisfied with an item you have received from us, please return it within 30 days of delivery.

We do not accept returns of Body Jewellery, swimwear, socks, tights etc unless deemed to be faulty

To return an item we require the original invoice, along with a note explaining the fault or reason for return, and whether you would like a replacement, refund or credit note for the website. 

Original shipping costs cannot be re-imbursed if returning or exchanging goods.

If exchanging goods, please include size and colour requirements.

No replacements will be sent out until original goods have been returned.

Remember to keep 'Proof of Posting' as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in the post.

Please ensure delicate items are suitably packaged as we cannot accept damaged or soiled goods in return.

Allow 7 days for refunds or exchanges.
